Meet Alex, our Sarasota Office Manager

Meet Alex, our Sarasota Office Manager

I would like to present new and very important member of our Wedding Meets Fashion team. Her name is Alex Necasova and she is based in amazing Sarasota. She is exactly what our team has been missing for her experience from fashion background and event organization. She is a former model, event producer and she is amazing social person. Everyone loves her for her kind personality and positive approach.

Her responsibility is to operate unit in Sarasota area that covers also Naples, Fort Myers, St. Pete and Tampa. She will work closely with Jan Freire, but I am sure that with her you will love to meet in person. She will be in touch with wedding planners, wedding venues and vendors and of course also with brides themselves. You will see her at the meetings and at weddings.

To know her better, we have few questions for her.

1. When did you find your first interest in wedding business?

I started as an event planner and coordinator in Europe and my activities were very various, but it was always pleasant work: event, party or training of staff for large companies and large number of people. Through this experience and the values of my life, I began to think of more personal forms of work and human contact and after a couple of occasions to collaborate at weddings, I realized that I feel very good here.

2. Why weddings?

And what is better? To work in wedding business allows me to be the part of the most romantic moments, there is a wonderful and positive energy, love in the air and it fills me with satisfaction. I can see enthusiasm of people who want to have the best sights on their big day and I love that I can enable it.

3. If you were not in wedding business, what else would you be doing?

Thanks to my passion for quality tea and mental development, I would probably opened the Teashop. Or I would apply my linguistic skills for translations or work for foreign company. Multiple languages, more options.

4. What is your favorite type of wedding locations?

Beach and seaside venues. But there are so many beautiful places! I also like combination of both, coast and amazing gardens that provide more options for event and photography. I like Selby Gardens and Ringling in Sarasota and also romantic Anna Maria Island.

5. What is your favorite moment to shoot in a wedding?

I don’t really have one… if there is happiness and love, than every moment can be captured beautifully. Of course taking pictures after ceremony is obviously more fun and you can put forward your ideas.

6. Do you see any difference between european and american weddings?

Sure and I like it. Different cultures and styles, imagination and minds of clients. European weddings are maybe more simple and also more personal, but it really depends on individual, location and conditions.

7. Why Wedding Meets Fashion?

Because of a friendly atmosphere, quality of work and communication. But mostly because of art of Jan Freire. You know, every wedding photographer can take good shots, but you will get a master who exactly captures your style, marks and preserves your memories in such a nice personal way that you feel really relaxed and with touch of European charm.
